Insulating Glass units- the company unless otherwise stated provide a 10-year warranty into uPVC and 5-year warranty into wood in respect of seal failure only, any other defect shall be at the company’s discretion. The warranty is subject to the correct specification by the Customer of the Goods for their intended use and application, it is also subject to correct installation and subsequent maintenance, and particular attention should be paid to glazing procedures and the protection and treatment of timber/joinery. Normal trade installation and maintenance procedures apply. Replacement of any defective item shall be at the Company’s option on the basis of supply only replacement i.e. not fitted/installed. Invoicing details must be advised to the Company before any claim under the warranty will be considered.
